Japanese brand Peplum Top size Small

Brand listed only for exposure. It was purchased in Japan and gently used. Minor piling but not noticeable. Colorful animal print. Key hole at the back top. Loose fit. Says size F, don't know what that means... but fits like a small (like 2 or 4). 15.5" pit to pit, and 22.5" shoulder to hem.
