Japanese brand tag (I think?) - 100% cotton size small black waffle turtle neck

I do not know the brand- the tag is in another language that is perhaps Japanese or Chinese (I’ve had two translator apps tell me two different things). If you know I’d be interested in knowing too! :) it is 100% cotton. The turtle neck is sewn into the position you see it in the pics. Great quality. Waffle knit, with ribbed collar, hem, and sleeve hem. Measurements in pics! 🖤
