Japanese earth music & ecology skirt s/m

This streach Waist band skirt is a Japanese Free size. While this usually means xs-s this skirts unique 360 shirred skirt easily fits my medium waistband , but will also hug securely to someone much smaller. I would say size 0-9 pants easily. The skirt also has a built in silky lining that feels nice on the skin and will hide any dark under layers 😳 the color is off white. Condition is great.
