OMG one of my favorite pieces from the summer. Most comfortable garment you could possibly put on. Tie-dye maxi with high slits up the sides, deep V in the front with snaps (if you're feeling modest) and optional belt around elastic waist The top is blouse-on and it's cute with or without the belt that's made from the same soft rayon as the dress. This can be worn over a bathing suit though I've always worn it as a sun dress out on a warm summer night with a pair of open toe platform wedges. Jap
