Japna Medium Tie Casual Dress

Lightwait and causal Japna size medium dress originally bought at TJ maxx for $30. It never fit me right so barely worn. Tan/brown and white floral design. It is a size medium but runs a little small in my opinion. But can be buttoned and tied for a tighter fit. Please note that it runs longer in the back than the front.
