Japna Wrap Dress

Lovely blue floral dress by Japna. It has slightly Kimono style sleeves with a long slit. I wore it once on a windy day at a wedding in Saint Tropez and it never blew open. I'm 6ft tall so it'd likely hit a little lower than it does for me in the photo. Beautiful, flattering dress!
