Jardin brand Swirl Enamel Bracelet

Brand new enamel bracelet with swirl pattern. The brand is Jardin. This was bought on Gilt.com several years ago. I am not 100% sure what the bracelet is made out of. I am pretty sure it is brass because my skin reacts to it. The bracelet is 8 inches long.
