crystalyagh @amgendron hi! It is true to size. I wouldn’t say it’s tight, but it is fitted throughout the bodice, including the hips/butt. As for the color, the first two photos are more accurate. Definitely more blue than white.

crystalyagh @amgendron I’m a size 0/25 in jeans and most of my jeans are high waisted. This dress fits me well, but there is a bit of room around my waist and it isn’t very tight on me. I think it will fit you perfectly if you’re a 26-28 in jeans. I think I could have fit in a size 2 of this dress. My sister is a size 6/8 in dresses and tried on this dress and it was too tight for her. It really is a true 4. I hope that helps!
