Jarlo tall maxi dress with front keyhole detail

Worn once! In excellent condition except for a small snag (last photo). This gorgeous dress has a front keyhole detail and an open back. Size is a US 4 Tall, probably best suited for someone over 5’ 8” unless you want to tailor. I’m 5’ 8” and the dress was floor length on me in about 3” heels (see third photo).
