This shortgown is a traditional 18th century early 19th century loose fitting sleeved jacket worn by women. It is 100% cotton with a double layer for extra body and a cotton tie. The fabric is hand block printed in a beautiful floral pattern. Pre-owned and in very good condition. Has a couple of blue spots, as shown in picture, from leaching from other clothes in the wash, it may come out with some stain remover but it is not very noticeable. The largest blue splotch is on the inside near the tag. Measurements: Chest from pit to pit 22.5” Length in the front 25.25” Sleeve length from armpit 16” Please ask if you have any questions!
