vivalavii Does this run small and is it long?

willbakeforshoe @vivalavii Hi! I would say the dress fits between a 2/4. The sizing for most Target collars are Junior Sizing, but it is loose around the waist since it is A-Line style. The dress hits me at my knees and I am 5'2". (Sorry for the delayed response, I co-hosted a posh party yesterday and my feed was crazy with comments.)
