Jason Wu for Target polka dot dress

This dress is so pretty and only been worn about twice. It’s a navy blue dress with white and black trims. The skirt has a bit of a pleat, and there are hidden buttons that go all the way down. Includes a ribbon belt. The skirt measures 23” from the waist.
