Jason Wu for Target polka dot dress - large

Super cute Jason Wu for Target button up dress. Navy blue and white polka dots with a cute lace border. The collar and the trim around the sleeves are black. This dress has been worn but it is in great condition. It does not have the belt that it came with. This dress is a little sheer so you may want to wear a slip or something underneath. Either way you will look great in it!
