artinvogue @closetluvvv hi! measurement from waist to hem is about 22 1/2". The Dress on me hit at my knees. I posted other additional measurements. & yes! the silver fabrics is shiny as pictured, it has a beautiful metallic sheen. Fabric composition : 100% polyester for the silver fabric 95% polyester 5% spandex contrast black fabric all these details have been listed for easier reference. Also added a picture I found online on a model for fit reference! hope this helped!
