ILGWU late 70’s Vintage Jay Elder luxurious teal blazer with gold and blue buttons. Extremely soft and light weight with satin lining. Two front pockets with one chest pockets. Button detail on sleeves with two back side slits. No care label, size label, or material label. Feels like a light weight velvety suede. Excellent vintage condition no stains rips or tears.
