This blouse is in excellent condition, no known flaws! It has cutout details on the shoulders and a tie neck. You can leave it open or tie it for a keyhole effect. The sleeves are slightly puffed with an elastic wrist. A very versatile top! The caramel is like a toasted butter or light caramel color. It’s a great year-round neutral. I think it runs slightly big; the tag says size 2 but it has a bit of room due to the flowy cut. For this reason I have listed it as a small.
