The pendant is almost 3 inches long, the earrings are still on the card (I took them off to take better pictures) the length of the earrings are approx. 1 3/4 inches, the stones on the necklace are large, this set has some weight to it, the necklace is adjustable from 18-21 inches. Very hard to find set. Please look at the beautiful colors in tan, soft pink and grey tones. This necklace set is stunning.
