J.b. Too 1980s green blue dress with pleated skirt

This beautiful vintage dress was made in Sri Lanka. Green and black print with blue flowers. This dress has a fitted yoke around the waist, buttons up the center with a small zipper under one of the pleats for extra wiggle room when getting in and out.
