Jc Penny Formal wear dress

Black formal wear dress from Jc Penny's, size 1, the dress is sequenced on the top and silk on the bottom, there is a zipper in the back and it is strapless also the bottom has a black slip under the silk and then under that there is a tutu at the bottom to puff it out. Ps this is very short for a 1 dress this could fit a double 0 (00). Worn once for a dance!
