Dress is in excellent condition made from 100% cotton. Fabric is very soft, breathable and gathered around waist. The dress isn’t lined but it’s thick enough that it’s not shear. Straps are adjustable. It is not padded. I am a 38B wore w/out a bra and it fit a little snug around my bust area . The back has a little cut out tied in a cute knot. There are no stains or imperfections that my eyes can see. Been worn once, washed and air dried.
