What was wrong with the dress

@coronadom1 The dress that I purchase from you had the bottom hem out. I could see the crease from where the original hem was, as well as the stitch marks. I don't know how to sew and therefore can't fix it. You did not state that in your description. The dress itself is beautiful.
For people looking at this dress in my closet with an interest in purchasing it, please realize we are discussing another item from @coronadom1 closet.

Can you measure across the band? I have a large rib cage and this style doesn't always work for me...
