Jcrew High Low Dress

This darling dress is a fit and flare high low dress. It’s double lined very comfortable and 100% cotton. I am 5’9 and the lowest part hits right above my ankles and highest at my shins. Navy off white stripes. It has some color bleeding on about ten stripes in about a range of 7in circle aprox. I tried to take pictures to show it it’s on the front lower left hip and stomach area. Not noticeable when wearing it. A little bit of bleeding on a sleeve as well. It’s a slight pinkish discoloring.
