Jcrew Men's 2 Ply cotton Button Down Shirt

Listed is a button down from Jcrew. It is a 2 ply cotton top. There are minor spots as shown in the pictures. I have not cleaned the shirt so I'm not sure if a simple washing can get rid of the spots. Wear this with jean and loafer for a trendy outfit. Please look at the pictures to appreciate.
