Jcrew black 3/4 length sleeve lace shift dress, size 12

Jcrew black 3/4 length sleeve lace shift dress, size 12. Runs slightly smaller (for an oversized look). The lace seems to land above the slip a bit as a result of some wash wear but otherwise in great condition. Not sure if the lace will be longer once worn or if the slip should be hemmed up. Hits above the knee.
