Jean Floral Dress Fits like a L

Jean dress (thinner fabric, not true demin). Lace floral detail by the neck and tulle detail that sticks out on bottom. Skirt part is layered for puffiness. Comes with a thin brown belt. Size is 16 but I think it fits more like a size L. Waist is 16in across.
