This is designer Jean Louis Scherrer and it's 100% silk. It was made in France. Not sure if its vintage or not but his dresses cost upwards of $2000 to $3000 Colors: Black, white, silver Materials: 100% silk Size: 40 European or about a 6 to 8 in the USA. A medium I would guess but go by the measurements. Measurements: Length 47“, Chest 17“, Waist 26“, Hips 40“ Condition: Very Good Like New with very minimal wear
