lapetite_sirene @kendily might be a little tight..... folding the garment lengthwise (hotdog style lol) top to bottom button is approx. 14" and neck opening is approx 9" and laying flat all the way across is 14" and center of arm hole to center of arm hole is 8" Since this is Jean-like material there is little stretch.... I hope this helps!

kendily @lapetite_sirene Thank you. Wayyyy too small for my boy. He has a 22 inch neck Lol. I wish they made cute things for big dogs! Someone will enjoy this for their "smaller" dog
