Made in the USA 80's vintage Jeanne Marc pleated flowy dark blue skirt with gold dots and trim. Reminds me of a starry night. Absolutely stunning skirt. size: women's (vintage medium) 12/14 Fit: For reference, I am a size medium/large, 5' 2", around 140 to 150 lbs, size 9/10 in pants. The skirt was loose on my waist.
