Vintage Jeannette Garrett Oil Painting, Cocoa Florida Artist, CBAA, River Shrimp Boat, c1960s This is an original vintage oil painting on board from Jeannette G. Garrett (1935-2000) of Cocoa, Florida. At one time she served as president of the Central Brevard Art Association (CBAA) in Cocoa. The painting depicts a shrimp boat on the river. It is signed J. Garrett. The back has a card "Oil Paintings by Jeannette Garrett 632-0748 Cocoa Florida." It has a wire for hanging. I estimate the this painting dates c1960s. The painting is framed in wooden frame that has been painted matte white. It measures approximately 7-1/2" x 9-1/2", framed it is about 10-1/2" x 12-1/2". The painting is in very good condition. The frame shows some age and a few light scuff marks. If you love to collect vintage Florida art, this painting displays well and will make a fine addition to your home.
