HI there, The Bust is approximately 32 inches, and the waist is approximately 34 inches. The upper has a bit of stretch to it, and for reference, I'm a 34A bra size, and it fits minimally-loose across my bust. and sits comfortably across my waist. It's a somewhat empire waisted dress, and depending on your bust. The fabric line between the skirt and upper, can be adjusted, to be an empire waist dress, should you have a larger bust.
