@ms74 , the sleeves have a slight flare with a slit..
that can be cuffed, no button. I included a picture
If buttoned- from armpit to armpit- it’s 16-1/2 inches across the chest
From shoulder to bottom, it 19-3/4 inches. Hits me right above my hip bone and I’m 5’4.
It’s meant to be more fitted- not a relaxed fit unless you’re smaller.
