@l3ahkn1ts I would say they are a true 12! I typically wear an 11 (10 in JC are always a tad too tight for me) in Jeffrey Campbell boots and these are too big for me even with thicker socks. The fit around the calves are normal (not wide). I can take some more measurements later today if you need.

@l3ahkn1ts according to the JC website (these are called the Amarillo boot for the Extended sizes, and the Dagget for typical sizing)
