The upper part of the boot isade with leather and a mesh overlay and the wedge isade from clear plastic. These heels/booties/ wedges are a women size 7. These shoes have one scratch on one of the she's heels (shown in the last two photos, it's the same scratch just different lighting). It's very hard to see the scratch from the other side of the heel. These shoes do not come with the original box. If you're into 2010s fashion, these are amazing!
