Jennifer Lopez JLO Tropical Bare Shoulder Blouse

This is a blouse by JLO brand. This blouse features gold chains across the top of the shoulders. The sleeves are mid-arm length with openings that bare the shoulder and top part of the arm. The fabric is semi-transparent and very lightweight. The shell underneath is black and feels smooth (like silky polyester). The bottom hem of the blouse features a cinched waistline in black to give a layered look. The blouse poofs out just above the black hip/waistband for a flowing, comfortable look.
