@vivalavida1 I would say it's very good to excellent condition. Fabric, zippers, leather strap all without signs of wear. No stains or anything inside. I actually this bag.

@vivalavida1 The chains on the strap add some weight but other than that I would say it's a still a light purse. Lighter than most of my purses and lighter than my leather purse--as its made of a leather appearing fabric. Probably about 1.4-1.5 pounds per scale here.

@loladwright There are very subtle scuffs at the bottom corners but not noticeable unless looking closely. I can try to add a picture of the worst corner.
