This dress has an asymmetrical halter tie and an open back (although it doesn’t go too low, so still fair game for formal events). It is nicely tailored with a medium v-neck and a fitted waist. Has a long zipper at the back that’s well hidden when zipped. Bra: You could pull off a strapless bra, depending on the design, but it fits very securely without one, so no bra necessary.
