ktaylorb @pbond thanks for getting back to me. The only review I found said it runs small. Do you mind sharing your measurements or the measurements of the dress laid flat? I guess the waist is my biggest concern.

pbond @ktaylorb just measured the waist across the bottom rib area and it measures 13 inches across laid flat. Hope that helps!

ktaylorb @pbond hi, I’m back at looking at this dress. It’s so cute. Does it happen to have the tighter part around the skirt? My hips are 37-38” so I don’t think I could squeeze into it if it were snug around the hips.
