Jenny Yoo Elizabeth dress in Storm. It’s a slightly blue tinted grey. Can show more photos if needed. I got it slightly hemmed so i would suggest this for a size 0. I am also 5’4 and it came to my ankle in small heels but I mostly wore flats. This was only worn once for my sisters wedding and has been in its nice bag hanging since then in perfect condition.
