I wore this once as a bridesmaid in a wedding. It had no alterations because it fit perfect. I normally wear a size 6 or 8. I am 5 foot seven and wore 2 inch heels- it just hit the floor. It is in perfect condition with no imperfections. After last where it was dry cleaned
