I loved it!! I wore it to my sister's wedding and everything about that night (including the dress) was perfect!
I'm 5'7'' and wore 3 inch heels. The dress felt a bit long and if I could do it again I'd hem it a bit more before the big day. I have two more similar dresses available (same fabric, different dress) if people are interested.

Condition: Worn only twice.
Alterations: Skirt was hemmed about an inch. And the straps were taken about 1/4 inch.
