Hi!! Is this in the English rose?? Also has it been altered at all?

@arsmith715 Yes, this is english rose, the only alteration was to take 1-2 inches off the bottom — I'm 5'7 and wore tall heels with this, it's still long/floor length. There's still room to get it altered. No other alterations were made.
