Reposhing this item color: cabernet note: I wore this as a bridesmaid at a wedding and had it hammed. I am 5'4 and wore heels with thi. From the waistband to the bottom of the inner layer, it measures 43 inches. The tulle is 44 inches. Some minor wear on bottom of tulle (see photo)
