This is in good condition; there are a few light pulls in the fabric but it is not noticeable when worn. Note that this dress has been tailored (hemmed - I am 5'7" and wore 4' heels so the dress still has a good bit of length if you are tall). If you are shorter than I am, you could have it hemmed.
