Altered for me (5'3" with 2" heels). It's been worn once for my sisters wedding! I wore the shoulders/sleeves up for most the night but you can also wear it down like the stock pictures. Looks great - happy to drop the price since it'll likely need a trip to the dry cleaners. Not noticable when on the hanger or wearing (since there are layers) but want to be upfront about condition.
