Jerger Vintage Alarm Clock Wind Up Made in Germany

This little clock ticks when it’s wound not sure if it keeps time. Unfortunately the rose on one side is missing and there is a piece chipped off. Sweet little clock measures approximately 3.75”x 3.25”
