Gorgeous design with low cut neckline, elbow length sleeves, and I love the long, attached ties that can wrap under the bustline and around the empire waist in a myriad of ways. Retails for $380 online. Measures 18” underarm to underarm (no stretch), 15.5” waist (untied) and 40” long. Worn by my Size 2 dress form. Made in California. Perfect, NWOT.
