Jess Vintage 70s 80s Blue America Commerce Travel Button Up Coastal Blouse Sz XL

This blouse is so great! The top of the sleeve/shoulder area has some discoloration as seen in last few pics. The busy pattern makes it not super noticeable when worn, it may come out if worked on. There is also a bit of discoloration on the collar. The blouse has shoulder pads, which can easy be cut out if you don’t want them. One of the shoulder pads the seam/stitching has come undone and needs mended, also seen in photos. The size tag says 36 I believe, I don’t know what that means. I do feel it is a size extra large given the measurements. I have posted pictures of the measurements so be sure to see them to make sure this blouse will be a good fit for you. I believe e after some research the blouse is from the 70s or 80s but not 100% on the decade. Sold as is. Please see all photos they are part of the description.
