NWT One of a kind Jessakae sample dress! Red (on the orange side of red) and Black plaid with printed flowers. High neck with black lace trim. Ties at the neck in back. Midi length 3/4 puff sleeves with elastic Ribbon at waist Smocked back Not sure of the fabric, it's very smooth and on the thinner side.
