Get ready for the beach, the summer, and July 4th! This size 4 Jessica Ann halter dress with white stars and blue background has a tie in the back, elastic ribbing in the back, a red bow in front, red lining on the bottom, and a three flower clip at the top. Excellent Used Condition. However there appears to have been some see through plastic shoulder straps at one time but those are missing as seen in the photo.
