Jessica Hart X Pencey Standard Floor-length Floral Dress (size 4)

Floor-length floral dress from the Pencey Standard X Jessica Hart Spring 2012 capsule collection. This dress has a very cute whimsical floral pattern with little gnomes and snails hiding in the design. The material is a soft polyester and the dress is unlined. It is long! At 5'8", the dress needs at least two inch heels to not drag on the floor. Dress is a size 4, my measurements are: Bust 34B, Waist 28 inches, Hips 40 inches.
